Terms of Service

1. The service
Social Publisher ("the service") is operated by Het AI Bureau. It lets you connect your own TikTok and Pinterest accounts and publish or schedule content to them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and content
You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish through the service, and it must comply with the terms and community guidelines of the platforms you post to (TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Pinterest's Terms of Service). We do not claim ownership of your content.
3. Fair use
The free plan includes 1 connected account per platform and 10 posts per month. The Pro plan (EUR 19 per month) includes up to 10 accounts per platform and unlimited posts, subject to reasonable technical limits (20 posts per day per workspace) and the rate limits of the platforms themselves.
4. Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
5. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is, without warranty. Publishing depends on third-party APIs (TikTok, Pinterest) that can change or fail outside our control. Het AI Bureau is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or content that fails to publish. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 3 months.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate platform rules or attempt to compromise its security.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
