1. Who we are
Social Publisher is operated by Het AI Bureau ("we"). We process your data to provide the publishing service described on this site, acting as a processor of the content and account connections you bring to it.
2. What we store
- Account data: your email address and authentication data, managed through our auth provider (Supabase).
- Platform connections: OAuth access and refresh tokens for the TikTok and Pinterest accounts you connect. Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown to anyone, including you.
- Content: the media files you upload and the captions, titles and settings of the posts you create, plus their publishing status and any error messages from the platforms.
- Billing: subscription status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not read or reuse your content for anything other than publishing it where you asked, and we do not post to your accounts without an action from you (publishing immediately or scheduling).
4. Where data lives
Data is stored on our servers in the European Union (Germany). Publishing requests go directly to TikTok and Pinterest APIs. Authentication is handled by Supabase and payments by Stripe; their own privacy policies apply to the data they process for us.
5. Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. Deleting your account from the dashboard immediately and permanently removes your workspace: connections and their tokens, uploaded media files, post history and events. Backups holding deleted rows rotate out within 30 days.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. The dashboard covers the common cases (viewing your data, deleting your account). For anything else, contact us via hetaibureau.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Cookies
The app uses only functional cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete OAuth flows. No tracking or advertising cookies.
